Always be Learning

There are many things that do not really matter in the long term, things like if you have that cd or dvd, or if you go out for dinner tonight or stay in. While there are some other things that can seem so trivial yet can have a fairly large impact upon your overall life.

Most of these small things that do not really seem to matter at the time, are learning experiences. You may see an article in a magazine that sparks you interest, and read a little and think i don’t have time for this. Or you may have someone offer to show you something, and think not interested. The thing is these are opportunities that you could potentially use to learn something new. If you pass them up, then that particular opportunity has been lost.

If you take advantage however of every opportunity each time it is presented to you, then you can create a much richer world where you are learning on a ongoing basis. While it is easy to dismiss one little article or one opportunity, you do not know where that missed opportunity could have led. You may have read the article, and though i want to know more, which leads to reading a book, and getting an idea, and this path the sky’s the limit.

Pass up an opportunity and you potential is that much smaller forever, take an opportunity every time it presents it self, and you grow every day.
