Five Must Read Posts @ ProBlogger

This is the first post in what I hope to make a regular Friday feature, where I feature five of my favourite posts from a particular blog, or about a particular topic. I actually got the idea to do this type of weekly feature from one of the posts that I recently read on ProBlogger, and it is actually featured in this post.

Another reason that I decided to start with Problogger, was more the number of good posts, is quite numerous. Sometimes having so much choice just becomes over whelming, so having a smaller set that you can start with makes it easier to get interested in reading something. So without further ado, here is five of my favourites.

1. 5 Universal Writing Rules – A good post for some information on ways to improve your writing if you feel that it is not quite up to par.

Whether it’s blogging, a novel, a newspaper article, a screenplay, or a poem, some writing rules are universal.

2. How to Develop a Niche Blog Content Plan – If you are having trouble working how and when to post and need to work out just where you are this post will give you some tips on arranging and planning your blogging a little more.

The best way to build traffic for a new niche blog is to have lots of content and to post it regularly. Many new blogger’s don’t realize this and are often disappointed with their traffic when they start out.

3. 5 Ways to find Direct Advertisers for your Blog – If you think you can do more with the advertising on your blog then this may give you some pointers in how to improve your results from going direct to potential advertisers.
